General terms and conditions

1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Dundas Advies, such as real estate guidance, mortgage advice and tax assistance.

2. Services

I offer digital guidance for:

✔️ Real estate advice and purchase guidance in Spain

✔️ Mortgage applications and financial advice

✔️ Taxes and administration for expats

Personal guidance in Spain is available at an additional rate.

3. Prices and Payment

📌 The prices are listed on my website and exclude any government charges (such as notary fees or taxes).

📌 Payment must be made in advance via bank transfer or online payment method.

📌 Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment may result in a refund being denied.

4. Liability

📌 My advice is based on the best available information, but I am not liable for changes in legislation or errors by external parties such as banks or brokers.

📌 You remain responsible for making decisions about your real estate, mortgage or taxes.

5. Cancellation and Changes

📌 Appointments can be changed free of charge up to 48 hours in advance.

📌 If I have to reschedule an appointment, a new time will be scheduled.
